Not Happy with your Purchase? Received the Wrong item or a Faulty Item?

Changed your Mind?
Please return your order within 30 days in the original or similar packaging for a full refund (Including the original Paid Postage in lieu of return postage costs ). One or two Meno Cool Scarves can be sent at the Royal Mail Large Letter under 100g Rate, see prices below. Please include your purchase order number, Name and Postcode.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

More than 2  Meno Cool Scarves can usually be sent at the 250g rate. Please check the weight, size and thickness (Large Letters must be no larger than A4 and no thicker than 2.5cm) of your packet before sending to ensure that you have paid the correct postage cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS     International Customers
Please keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

When and how will I get my money back?
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. Once your return has been checked and processed, we will issue your refund using your original payment method. It can take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.


Late or Missing Refunds
Once you have received an email from us notifying you of your refund you should expect the money to appear in your bank account within 5-10 days as advised by your bank. If after this period your money has not been received please contact us at menocoolscarves@gmail.com.
